Workshop IQ checks ten things every time you save a workshop: whether there’s a description, at least one session, a confirmed leader, start and end dates, a title, a location or virtual delivery method, meeting links if it’s virtual or hybrid, a timezone, logistics information, and whether the description is substantial enough to be useful. Each item is worth points; the total is your score out of 100.
At 80 or above, the workshop is marked Ready. Below that, the score isn’t the point — the list under it is. You see exactly which item is missing and a direct link to fix it, not a vague warning to figure out on your own.
Creator plan and above adds a coaching pass from the Wayfield Assistant on top of the checklist: specific, prioritized feedback (high, medium, low) in plain language, plus a separate search-visibility brief — a suggested title under 60 characters, a description under 155, and a list of keywords you’re missing.
Your average Workshop IQ across every workshop you run shows up on your dashboard, compared to the platform average, so you know whether your workshops are consistently ready or if this is worth a closer look.
