Wayfield handles this as a built-in part of how sessions work: named tracks with their own navigation, a day-grouped schedule (Day 01, Day 02, and so on), per-session capacity, and the ability to mark a session Hidden until you’re ready to assign it, or Organizer Assignment Only for VIP or makeup sessions that shouldn’t appear in general enrollment.
Participants build their own schedule from the catalog you’ve set up, with conflict detection that stops them from double-booking two sessions that overlap in time — before it becomes a problem you have to resolve at check-in.
