Run better workshops.

Wayfield handles enrollment, payment, sessions, and check-in for in-person workshops — and watches your registration pace, so you find out a workshop needs a push while there’s still time to push it.

No card required. No sales call.

An app people actually use.

Organizers run the workshop from the web dashboard. Leaders manage the room from their phone. This is what a participant sees on theirs.

Build My Schedule — session picker

Selection

Build your own schedule across tracks and sessions that fit you.

The spreadsheet only works until it doesn’t.

It’s eleven at night. You’re looking at a spreadsheet with names in three colors because that’s how you’re tracking who paid. The workshop is in nine days. You have four seats left and no idea whether four seats in nine days is normal or a problem. So you refresh the page again.

That’s what running a workshop without the right tools looks like. Wayfield fixes that.

What Wayfield does.

People come here looking for something to learn, not just a link in your bio.

Wayfield is a marketplace for real workshops — photography, ceramics, culinary, yoga, outdoor, fitness, and more — in person, virtual, or a hybrid mix — searchable by category, skill, location, and delivery type. Someone looking for a beginner pottery class, or a fully virtual writing workshop, can find one and pick yours, not your last Instagram post. Learn more →

People can find it and pay for it.

Build the workshop, set the sessions and the capacity, publish a page. Participants enroll and pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Money lands in your account on Stripe’s schedule. No invoice chasing, no payment link in a DM. Learn more →

The day runs without you holding it together.

Leaders see their own session roster and nothing else. Participants join by code or QR scan. Attendance gets marked as people arrive, and you see it happen in real time. Nobody shows up asking why they never got a confirmation email, because they got one. Learn more →

You know where you stand while you can still act.

Wayfield tracks how fast your workshop is filling and tells you when the pace is off. Not a dashboard you have to squint at and interpret. A plain sentence about what’s happening and what usually helps, early enough that you can still do something about it. Learn more →

Everything about running it lives in one place.

Your roster, your leaders, your messages, your payment history — all attached to the workshop itself, not spread across a spreadsheet and an email thread. One account works whether you’re organizing your own program or teaching in someone else’s. Learn more →

The latest from Wayfield.

New guides, posts, news, and features — as they publish.

Built by someone who’s run the workshops.

Wayfield comes out of running a photography business and leading photography workshops. I built a payment system by hand and hoped it held together. I kept a roster straight across three inboxes and a group text. I stood in the Black Hills early in the morning wishing I had a way to warn everyone the weather was about to turn before the afternoon session cooked them in the same jackets they needed that morning.

That’s not a credential. But it’s why the software knows what a session actually is, why a roster comes with a real way to reach the people on it, and why the fee you’re quoted is the fee you pay. More about us →
