Weekly Benchmarked Insights

Once a week, Wayfield looks at four numbers for your organization — how fast your workshops fill, what percentage of registered participants don’t show up, what percentage come back for a second workshop, and your average Workshop IQ — and compares each one to the benchmark for your specific category. A ceramics studio and a week-long photography expedition don’t fill at the same pace, so they’re not measured against the same number.

From that comparison, the Wayfield Assistant writes three insights specific to your organization. Not “improve your description” — something closer to “your no-show rate of 18% is six points above the ceramics and pottery average of 12%, and workshops that send a 24-hour reminder see about a four-point drop.” A number, a comparison, and a lever to pull.

The insights show up as cards on your dashboard. Dismiss the ones that don’t apply; new ones generate the following week with fresh data.

This isn’t a general benchmark report. It’s built from your organization’s own numbers, measured against the fourteen categories Wayfield tracks, refreshed weekly.
