Only participants who were confirmed and who actually attended can leave a review, and only after the workshop has ended. New reviews go through a short hold before they publish, and you can flag one for platform review if something about it seems off.
You can respond publicly to any review — a professional record that prospective participants see alongside the review itself. Up to three standout reviews can be featured directly on the workshop’s public page.
Because reviews are gated to verified attendees rather than open to anyone with a link, they carry more weight with a prospective participant than an unmoderated star rating would.
