At a workshop with more than one session — concurrent tracks, a multi-day schedule, morning and afternoon options — you build your own schedule from the full catalog rather than being assigned one.
Sessions are grouped by day, with a tab for each one showing whether you’ve already made a selection. When two sessions overlap in time, they appear side by side with a clear “choose one” indicator; picking one marks the other as unavailable for that slot, so there’s no ambiguity about what you’re actually registered for. Capacity is shown as a real percentage — “3 spots left” is an honest number, not a vague “filling fast.”
Before you submit any selection, the app immediately checks for time conflicts on its own and tells you right away if something overlaps with a session you’ve already chosen — no waiting to find out you made a mistake.
Everything you’ve picked lives in one place — a running list you can review and adjust up until the day of the workshop, without needing to email the organizer to confirm a change.
