Every organization on Wayfield operates in its own separate space. Your participants, your payment information, your messages — none of it is visible to, or reachable by, another organization, anywhere in the system.
This isn’t a setting that could be turned off by mistake. It’s built into how the system works: the credentials tied to one organization simply cannot pull up another organization’s information, no matter what’s asked for.
The Wayfield team’s own internal tools run on a completely separate system from the one organizations and participants use. Wayfield staff cannot log in through your side of the platform, and you cannot log in through theirs. Every action a staff member takes is recorded separately from your own organization’s activity record.
For an organizer deciding whether to trust a shared platform with participant data and payment processing, this is the answer before the question is even asked: your data is yours, kept separate by design, not just promised in a policy document.
