When an organizer invites you to lead a session, the invitation is protected even if it were somehow intercepted: only a one-way hashed reference is stored, so it can’t be reused by anyone else to gain access, and acceptance requires signing in with the exact email address it was sent to.
You can decline an invitation without creating an account first — a real option, not a dead end that forces sign-up just to say no.
