Offline Roster with Attendance

Your roster for an assigned session downloads to your phone the first time you open it and stays there. If the venue has no signal — a basement studio, a rural field location, anywhere between cell towers — the roster is still fully there, and attendance marking still works exactly the same way.

Every mark you make while offline is saved on your phone as its own separate action. When you’re back in range, everything you recorded sends itself through automatically. Because each mark is remembered individually, marking the same person present twice by accident doesn’t create a duplicate — it resolves to one result.

A visible “Queuing offline” indicator confirms the app knows it’s disconnected and is recording locally rather than silently failing.

For any session run somewhere signal can’t be counted on, this means the choice isn’t between accurate attendance and a working phone. Both work, regardless of connectivity.
