Team Leader Invitation System

Invite a leader by email. The invitation is protected in a way that matters even if your data were somehow exposed: the raw invite reference is never stored — only a one-way hashed version is — so a stolen database record can’t be used to accept an invitation that wasn’t sent to that person.

Acceptance requires signing in with the exact email address the invitation was sent to. A leader can decline without creating an account first. You can rescind a pending invitation at any time; an already-accepted one requires a separate remove-leader action instead.

When you type an email into the invite form, the platform checks in real time whether that person already has a Wayfield account and shows you which onboarding path they’ll go through — so you know before you send it whether they’re joining fresh or signing in to something they already have.
