Leader Brief

Leader Brief builds a personal readiness timeline for every session you’re assigned to, calculated backward from the moment it starts.

Set up your accommodation address once — it’s geocoded so travel time is calculated from where you’re actually staying, not a rough estimate — along with how far before the session you want to arrive (30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes), how much prep time you need before participants show up (a Relaxed, Normal, or Tight buffer), and a wake threshold that skips the alarm entirely for sessions that don’t require an early start.

From there, every upcoming session shows a full timeline: wake, prepare, depart, arrive, and an optional ready-check fifteen minutes before start. Adjust any setting and the preview updates immediately against your actual next session, so you can see the effect before committing to it.

A reliable notification fires at wake time for everyone, today. A true alarm — the kind that persists through Do Not Disturb, not just a notification that’s easy to sleep through — is built and rolling out as part of this feature.

For a leader driving to an unfamiliar location for an early field session, this replaces doing the math yourself — travel time plus setup time plus a buffer — with a timeline that’s already calculated and adjusts as your settings change.
