Rather than a single “your workshop is tomorrow” reminder, Workshop Brief builds a personal timeline for each session you’re attending, calculated backward from the start time using settings you configure once.
Tell it how much time you need to gather gear (a Relaxed 90 minutes, a Normal 60, or a Tight 30), how far you’re traveling, and how early you want to arrive. From there, every upcoming session shows a Wake, Prepare, Depart, and Arrive time — each with its own notification, sent at the moment it applies, not all bundled into one reminder the night before.
For sessions where weather matters — a pre-dawn landscape shoot, an outdoor session — the wake notification includes that morning’s conditions and the sunrise window, so you know what you’re walking into before you’re dressed for it.
Different workshops can have different profiles. A plein air painting session and a cooking class don’t need the same prep time, and Brief doesn’t assume they do.
