Offline Mobile Access

The moment you register, Wayfield downloads the workshop’s details, schedule, and logistics — venue address, hotel information, parking notes, meetup instructions — to your phone. From there, none of it depends on having a signal.

Every time you open the app, it does a quick check to see if anything’s changed, and only downloads new information when something actually has — not a full refresh every time. This means the app stays current without draining your data or your battery re-downloading information that hasn’t moved.

In a basement studio, a rural venue, or anywhere between cell towers, your schedule, your session details, and your check-in still work exactly the same way. The moment you’re back in range, anything that happened while you were offline syncs automatically — nothing you did gets lost, and nothing gets duplicated.

Meeting credentials — Zoom links, passcodes — are deliberately never stored on your device for privacy reasons, but everything else you’d need to find your session and know what to expect is there, connection or not.
