Something changes right before or during your session — a room swap, a start time pushed back fifteen minutes, a note about where to meet — and you need to tell your group without waiting for the organizer to send it.
Leader-scoped notifications let you message the participants in your assigned session directly, within a window that runs from four hours before your session starts through two hours after it ends. You don’t get access to the full workshop roster to do it — the message goes only to people enrolled in your session, during a window tied to when that session is actually happening.
In the organizer’s notification history, your messages are visually distinguished from theirs, so there’s a clear record of who sent what.
This is available on the Creator plan and above — a Foundation-plan workshop’s leaders won’t see the compose option, since the capability requires that plan tier.
