Multiple Admins Per Organization

As an organization grows past one person handling everything, Wayfield supports three roles with different levels of access. Owner has full control, including billing. Admin has full operational access — workshops, leaders, participants, coupons — without billing authority. Staff has read-only access to the roster, useful for someone helping on the ground who doesn’t need to change anything.

Access is enforced everywhere, not just hidden behind a setting. A staff-level person sees the same screens as anyone else, just without the buttons that would let them make changes.

This matters most for organizations that have grown beyond a single founder: a photography school with a director and a program coordinator, a culinary program with an owner and several instructors who need to see the roster but shouldn’t be issuing refunds.

Add the people who help run things without deciding, workshop by workshop, whether to hand over your own login.
