Dispute Assistance

When a participant disputes a card charge with their bank, you typically have a short window — sometimes as little as a few days — to respond with evidence, or the charge is simply reversed.

The Wayfield Assistant puts that evidence together for you: what the participant purchased, the type of workshop and how it was delivered, whether they actually attended, your cancellation policy at the time they paid, and a plain explanation of what the charge on their statement was for. It also gives you an honest read on the case — strong, moderate, weak, or unclear — so you know whether it’s worth your time to respond before you start.

Everything is a draft. Review each section, edit anything that needs a personal touch, and submit it yourself when you’re ready.

For a dispute that would otherwise mean a scramble to reconstruct records under a tight deadline, this turns it into reading a draft and deciding whether to send it.
